  1. Representatives cannot order Avon Products, as they use the Avon portal, and all of AVON portals are down, so no one can order from AVON, this is not just the UK its world Wide I live in Greece and the Avon site has been down for over a week. We have had no correspondence from Avon at all.

      Representatives within the United Kingdom can still order through their Avon Representative Panel as normal. Deliveries may be delayed as a result of the current ongoing issue.

      1. Poor service again from Avon, no correspondence at all! I placed an order beginning of last week and still says waiting to be invoiced? Can’t contact anyone. Really not worth the hassle anymore

          I do apologize for the delays from Avon. Unfortunately, we aren’t Official Avon Support, we are only an Independent Avon Team.

          You should see your order being delivered towards the end of this week.

  2. I have already placed an Order with Avon website direct. Had an acknowledgement and money taken. How do I get my order? It was placed around about 6th June 2020.

      Avon are currently experiencing delays across their UK network and as a result, Deliveries and Orders are delayed. This means that both Customers & Representatives may have their order delivered at a late date than usual.

  3. I placed an order online, have received one product but not the other. Avon stated they would refund me, this has not happened yet and I cannot contact anyone. What do I do?

      Avon are currently experiencing some issues with their online services and servers. This means that their Website & Contact Points and currently down. This means that operations at Avon, are running delayed.

      Avon will refund you, however they are working to resolve their issues and therefore causing some waiting time.
