Can You Post Avon Brochures In Lockdown? This is a question that every Avon Representative is asking about at the minute and they are all wanting to know whether they can post brochures to their customers or not, following the Lockdown Restrictions in place, depending on which tier and location you are in.

Can You Post Avon Brochures In Lockdown? The simple answer is Yes, depending on your customers. As long as you continue to follow Hands, Face, Space and you deliver clean brochures safely, you should be able to operate as normal!

Now depending on what you are planning to do with your brochures and where you are planning on posting will depend on what is acceptable and what isn’t. As we enter Local Lockdown Restrictions and different areas following different guidance, you need to ensure that you are safe at work!

Posting to Regular Customers with a New Brochure is absolutely fine and you shouldn’t face any issues, however canvassing new streets and places with your brochures is a totally different situation. You may find that new customers and streets have a problem with you canvassing and this could cause some issues!

As mentioned above, you will post Avon Brochures to two categories, either New Customers who you haven’t posted to before or Regular Customers that see a brochure every campaign regardless.

Posting to customers that you post a brochure to Regularly is something that you do anyway, so posting to them through lockdown shouldn’t be a problem, as long as you follow the Hands, Face, Space system from the Government.

However, as they are Regular Customers that you know closely, you can get in touch with them either via a text message or on Social Media and just ask them if it’s possible to deliver them a brochure. This way, you should be able to prevent any issues.

You should be able to continue posting brochures to your Regular Customers without any issues, just as long as you both remain safe when delivering your Brochures and when you Collect!

As an Avon Representative, you will soon work out a strategy for posting brochures to your Regular Customers that works for you and you will be able to follow that strategy safely!

What if one of your Regular Customers says no to a brochure?

If one of your Regular Customers declines the offer of seeing a Regular Brochure due to the current Lockdown restrictions, that is absolutely fine and they will have a reason for that!

However, if that is the case, you can still get a form of the brochure to them via the online, digital brochure, of which they can still order from and have access to, via their mobile device or desktop.

This way, they can still see the products on offer and also place an order with you as an Avon Representative, allowing you to still place the order and collect the payment, they are just viewing the brochure in a different format.

While this is a preferred version of viewing the Avon Brochure for some, it’s not for everybody. However, offer it to those customers that say no as an option and see what they say!

You could also offer your online store?

As mentioned above, if your Customers say no to seeing a physical brochure, you could send them a copy of the digital brochure, of which they can still place an order with you as an Avon Representative and still see their order delivered on a regular basis!

However, you also have a second option of your online store. This works better for those customers who don’t want you to deliver their products either. They can order through your online store and have their products delivered via a courier, meaning that they make no contact with you!

This is often a safer way to order and some customers may prefer to do this instead of ordering directly from a Representative, making the process safer while you still receive your commission!

While posting Avon Brochures to your Regular Customers should be a lot easier than most may think, you may experience a few problems when posting brochures to new customers during the lockdown period!

People are becoming very cautious about things being delivered and posted to their address, especially from new people during the pandemic and knowing how to handle this as a Representative can be difficult, however it’s really easy!

As mentioned before, Hands, Face, Space is what you need to follow when posting brochures to both New & Old Customers. You need to ensure that you are staying safe but that you are also posing as a Safe Person when collecting your brochures.

It’s not posting the brochures that is the issue, it’s collecting them as people might be funny about opening the door to new people, especially in higher restricted areas and this is where you may experience a few issues!

Collecting Posted Brochures From New Avon Customers!

Once you have posted your Avon Brochures to your New Customers, you will need to collect then at some point and this is where you will come face to face with your new customers and this is where you could come to meet an issue.

When you come to decide on a day to collect your Avon Brochures, you may need to knock on a few doors to get your brochures back and this is where you may meet Lockdown Restrictions as you aren’t aloud to be people who don’t live in your household.

However, with that being said, as long as you follow the Hands, Face, Space Protocol you should be meeting Government Guidelines as long as you maintain the 2 metres Social Distancing when you are collecting the Avon Brochures.

Some customers may still have a problem with you posting Avon Brochures and they will make this clear when you are posting the brochures. If this is the case, just leave those specific customers until after the lockdown period.
