With Avon only being open during specific times within a typical week, getting in Contact with Avon during the right open hours is essential for you and your Avon Journey. If you try to contact Avon outside of these open hours, you could be waiting a while!
But when is Avon open? When can you speak to a member of the Avon Support Team?

- Tuesday – 8:00 – 5:30
- Wednesday – 8:00 – 5:30
- Thursday – 8:00 – 5:30
- Friday – 8:00 – 5:30
- Saturday – Closed
- Sunday – Closed
As shown and listed above, Avon are only open Monday to Friday, 8 until 5:30. This means that on Weekends and outside of these times, you cannot contact and speak to a member of the Avon Cosmetics Team. However, this doesn’t mean that you can’t get a message across.

How Can you contact Avon outside of opening times?
As previously mentioned, you will need to Contact Avon at some point throughout your Avon Journey, either as a Representative or as a Customer, however when they are open and answering support requests, there is often a queue of others doing the same.
This means that you can often be sitting and waiting within a queue of others as everybody is contacting and calling within the same time period, however you can get your message and support request in early, when they are closed!
You can do this through Email, through their Contact Form, through Whatsapp and much more and this can often result in you becoming priority and one of the first to receive help the following day, when they reopen.
When contacting Avon, make sure that you include as much detail as possible, as this will allow you to get the right support and help that you need.
Contacting An Avon Representative
While you can contact Avon directly through their Support Lines, you can also contact your Representative directly, meaning that you can receive support as soon as you need it as they often reply to messages and help around the clock.
This is often the best way to receive support, both as a Representative contacting your Sales Leader and as a Customer contacting your Representative.
You can contact your Representative through Social Media or even through Direct Message and they will work to reply to you as soon as they possibly can!
While this doesn’t work for all of your support needs, it can often help you to sort and resolve any small issues that would otherwise result in you waiting for hours on the phone to Avon!
